Go to the FilmColumbia schedule page and follow these instructions.

1. Select film you want to purchase tickets for. Click on “Buy Tickets”
2. Next screen: On the calendar, look for the film title. Click on the showtime (in red)
3. Next screen: Select “pick my own seats from the diagram.”
4. Next screen. On the top, far right: If you are a Crandell Theatre member, type in your member code in the box labeled “Promo Code” and click “Apply”. You must do this first to see available seats. Then select a section (Main Auditorium or Balcony).
5. Next screen: Select your seat(s) from the ones shown as available; then add seat to cart.
6. Next screen: Choose select seats to additional films or check out.
7. To buy tickets to additional films, repeat from step 1.
8. Then, select “Check Out” and fill out the required information.
9. You will receive a confirmation and an e-ticket by email for each film. Print out the e-ticket for each film and bring to the screening. Or, if you prefer, you may present it on your mobile phone at FilmColumbia.
