In 1994, a reporter did a filmed interview with Bill Cunningham, then 65 and a celebrated New York Times street photographer of Manhattan fashion and society. The interview was to be under ten minutes long but Cunningham, surprisingly and uncharacteristically, just kept talking until the tape ran out an hour later. This is the second documentary about Bill Cunningham; it does not retread the first but is a portrait of a man who discovered the secret of a happy life. Narrated by Sarah Jessica Parker.
