HOLLYWOOD SUMMER NIGHTS

The classiest screwball comedy of them all, starring three of the greatest comic actors to grace the screen. Philadelphia socialites Tracy Lord (Katharine Hepburn) and C.K. Dexter Haven (Cary Grant) married and divorced with equal passion. When Tracy is about to remarry the nouveau riche businessman and aspiring politician George Kittredge, three unexpected guests show up at the Lord mansion: journalists Macaulay “Mike” Connor (James Stewart) and Liz Imbrie (Ruth Hussey), and Dexter himself. With everyone hiding secrets and turning the tables on each other, Tracy and Mike go on an inebriated and hilarious journey of self-discovery that helps her figure out what she really wants.
