CINEMA CELEBRATION
Following a divorce, actor Daniel Hillard disguises himself as an older Scottish nanny named Mrs. Euphegenia Doubtfire to answer an ad placed by his ex-wife. It’s the only way he can think of to see his kids more than the court-ordered once a week. Everyone takes the bait, and Robin Williams is left to his deliriously loony comedic devices. Directed by Home Alone‘s Christopher Columbus and co-starring Sally Field, Pierce Brosnan and Harvey Fierstein.
