
Migraines affect nearly a billion people worldwide. Director Susanna Styron’s daughter was one of them. Styron embarked on a cinematic investigation of this devastating, wrongfully stigmatized condition and discovered that rather than just a bad headache, migraine is a complex, deeply misunderstood neurological disease.
