A Little Prayer

Sony Classics scooped up A Little Prayer just 24 hours after its buzzy debut at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. Starring local actor David Strathairn, it tells the gripping story of a father who tries to protect his daughter-in-law from his straying son and discovers that parenting a young son was easier than parenting an adult, as he’s tangled in a nightmare of familial dysfunction.
